Nostos MMA in Somersworth, NH, offers an elite training environment designed for everyone from first-time students to experienced competitors.

Our newly expanded 8,400 sq. ft. facility features a 24-ft. competition cage, full Muay Thai ring, expanded mat space, dedicated strength and conditioning areas, a 61-ft. turf training strip, and additional heavy bags.

 

Members also enjoy premium recovery amenities, including a custom sauna, cryo chamber, and Nova Pod recovery system featuring red light therapy, infrared heat, lymphatic drainage massage, and more.

With classes in MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Women's Only, and Youth Martial Arts, plus ADA-accessible locker rooms and showers, a comfortable lounge area, nutrition-focused vending options, and ample on-site parking, Nostos MMA provides everything needed to train, recover, and grow within a supportive community.
